Unless otherwise specified in writing, the consignment term is for 60 days.  Articles are subject to markdowns.  Prices and markdown schedule will vary, and are determined by employees of Evergreen Consignment.  Evergreen will also occasionally run sales on departments or the whole store.  A certain percentage will be taken off the lowest marked price, and consignors paid accordingly.

If an item is found to have a defect such as a stain, hole, or broken part, the original selling price may be adjusted at our discretion or may be donated if it is determined to be unsellable.

Unaccepted merchandise must be picked up within 2-3 business days after our call or it will be donated or liquidated.

If you wish to reclaim unsold merchandise, you MUST CALL US between the 55th and 60th day of your consignment period, and allow a week for us to pull them from the racks.  Reclaimed items must then be picked up within 3 business days or will become store property and/or be donated or liquidated.
